Description and Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Looking for an experienced swimmer who enjoys working with children
- The Swim instructor will provide individual and/or group lesson instruction to patrons, age 6 months – adult.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely.
- Provide students with opportunities to learn with fundamental skills based upon the student’s ability level and American Red Cross standards.
- Help to supervise all students during swim classes as well as locker rooms before and directly after classes.
- Provide specific and constructive feedback to each student verbally, and via end of session report cards, to enhance learning and understanding.
- Assist in set up and clean up for all classes.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary: As Per Current Webster Educational Support Association Agreement
