SUMMARY: The Leaguers, Incorporated is seeking Full-time Child Care Providers for its Head Start Classrooms throughout all of it locations for the 2025-2026 School Year.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Child Care Provider is responsible for supporting and assisting the Teacher in planning and implementing an appropriate educational environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, and physical growth of the young children.
- Assists in providing children with a diverse learning environment while ensuring varied experiences which will help them to develop socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally in a manner appropriate to their age and stage of development;
- Assists in planning for routines and transitions, so that they occur in a timely, predictable, and unrushed manner according to each child's needs;
- Adheres to The Leaguers code of conduct and Ethics Statement written within the employee handbook.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma preferred and/or 2 years of experience in a preschool setting;
- CDA - Preschool Certification preferred or willing to acquire
SALARY:
$17.32 hourly
