Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

Comanche Elementary is seeking a self-motivated individual to serve as a self-contained Pre-Kindergarten teacher for the 2025-26 school year.  The successful candidate will be expected to plan and deliver state based instruction to Pre-Kindergarten students and to work closely with all other Pre-Kindergarten teachers in a collaborative atmosphere. The teacher will be expected to articulate and model a love of learning, inspire play based instruction, and learn foundational reading and math skills.

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for elementary and ESL certification

This position is potentially eligible for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. The allotment provides funding to pay highly effective teachers whose students show measurable improvement in academic growth. The average allotment paid to those teachers who earn TIA designation is approximately $6,500-$23,500/year in addition to their regular salary.
