Description
Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Title Programs/ATPPS Coordinator. This is a 1.0 FTE position starting August 25, 2025.
Responsible To: Executive Director of Student Services and Executive Director of Teaching and Learning
Qualifications:
- Valid K-12 License as issued by the Minnesota Department of Education. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Commitment to an equitable education experience for all.
- Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence.
- Supervise, provide leadership, coordination, and support for district-wide funded programs.
- Monitor all Title Programs budgets.
- Coordinates the annual establishment of site achievement goals until they satisfy the criteria for MDE approval.
- Coordinates the collection of data and prepares/delivers required ATPPS reports for MDE and the distric.t
- Works collaboratively with lead teachers, principals, and EMR to develop efficient and effective practices to enhance the implementation of ATPPS in District 623.
- Consult participating schools and non-public schools on ESEA, Title I legal requirements and Title I Plans.
- Work with administration and school staff to ensure federal and state statutes and guidelines are met to ensure compliance.
- In collaboration with the Office of Educational Equity, provides training, coaching and support to ATPPS lead teachers.
- Provides support to the Site Accountability Team in successful distribution of performance pay.
- Develop and revise the procedures and forms relating to Title programs based upon changes in federal statutes & regulations, and state guidelines.
- Work closely with the Department of Student Services regarding programs for students in housing transition.
- Participates in meetings of the Office of Educational Equity cabinet and serves as a member of the OEE collaborative team.
- Assists principals with the hiring process for ATPPS lead teachers.
- Considerable knowledge of K-12 curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Considerable knowledge of the laws, regulations and funding formulas relating to Title I, II, and IV programs.
- Considerable knowledge of ATPPS process development, coordination, compliance and reporting.
- Considerable knowledge of administering budgets.
- Considerable knowledge of curricular issues at the local, state and national level.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Considerable ability to interact with administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, parents and members of the community.
- Considerable ability to develop successful work relationships with school personnel, parents and students.
- Considerable ability to administer a complex program effectively.
