Jr/ Sr High School Principal (Grades 7-12)
Description: The district seeking an individual to fill the role of Principal at Cardinal Jr/Sr High School starting with the 2025-2026 school year.
The ideal candidate will lead in instructional and curriculum managing, administering and facilitating the daily operations, activities and events of the Cardinal Local School District.
Qualifications:
? Master’s degree (M.A.) from an accredited college or university
? Appropriate State of Ohio Administrative licensure
? Successful teaching experience in K-12 setting. Effective organizational planning and project management skills
? Available to work irregular hours and/or a non-traditional schedule
? Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES 2.0) & counselor (OCES) certification preferred.
? Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
Working Conditions: Salary, work year, and terms and conditions of employment as determined by the Cardinal Local Board of Education in accordance with the District Administrative Scale and Contract. The Building Administrator will put in a minimum eight (8) hour day, five (5) day week.
