Holy Family Parish School (HFK) is a vibrant, Christ-centered K–8 community dedicated to inspiring, educating, and preparing students for lives of faith, learning, and service. We are currently seeking caring and collaborative Instructional Assistants to support our students and teachers for the 2025–2026 school year.

• Elementary and Middle School positions are full-time.
• Pre-K position is part-time (12:00–5:00 p.m.).

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting classroom teachers with instructional and administrative tasks.
• Supporting individual students and small groups across all subject areas.
• Helping to build a collaborative, student-centered learning environment through team teaching, modeling best practices, and offering feedback.
• Supervising students during recess and other unstructured times to ensure safety and community engagement.
• Performing additional duties as assigned in support of the school’s mission.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries at all times.
• Hold an AA or bachelor’s degree.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.  The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $25 depending on years of experience.  For employees working at least 30 hours a week, a comprehensive package of benefits is offered including two medical plan options, dental, vision, life, accidental death and disability, long term disability, pension, 403(b), HSA, FSA, and generous sick leave, vacation, and holidays.
