Description
Salary:
$17.17 per hour - commensurate with experience.
Terms/Benefits:
2025-2026 School Year (possible start during 24/25 school year)
12 month position - 8 hours per day

Qualifications & Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years clerical experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Demonstrated strong proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishes, evaluates, and maintains permanent records including grades, credits earned, test data, school activities, and honors.
Computes grade point averages and rank in class for all students.
Enrolls new students and processes student withdrawals.
Prepares correspondence regarding transcripts, report cards, graduation requirements, and verification of student record information.
Issues and monitors non-resident application forms and certification of residence.
Monitors student class schedule cards and teacher grade books.
Processes and coordinates report card system.
Compiles information and prepares statistical reports.
Participates in scheduling of students.
Distributes college admissions and scholarship applications.

Ability to efficiently complete clerical tasks.

Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws, district procedures and Board policies.

Maintains the official records of students in the high school.
