Administrative Secretary to Director of Pupil Services

POSITION:      Administrative Secretary to Director of Pupil Services
                          Administrative Exempt Position
                          8 hours per day
                          260 days per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma. Post-secondary training is desirable
• Administrative Secretarial experience highly preferred
• Documented evidence of a clear criminal record
• Meets all mandated health requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in computer software and technology including Google Sheets, Docs, Forms & Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
• Ability to take initiative and complete projects
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Proficient in office protocol and the use of business equipment
• Proficient in the use of business software and records maintenance
• Proficient in data entry, spelling, proofreading and the correct use of grammar
• Understanding the high importance of confidential material
• Multitasking ability and strong interpersonal skills
