2.Certifications or coursework in Information Technology preferred.
3.Two years of technical, analytical, and software support experience or an associate degree in computer science or a related field preferred. This role requires solid technical foundations.
4.Applicants must have prior technical experience working with computer systems, software platforms, or IT services.
