DaVinci Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment while supporting students' academic and social development. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to student success. Our 4th grade teachers loop with their students so the following school year, this position will teach 3rd grade and will then keep those students for another year for fourth grade.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state and school curriculum standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Assess and monitor student progress through various evaluation methods.
Provide individualized instruction and support to meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful learning atmosphere.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning.
Bring inspiration into the classroom with hands-on lessons and strong relationships
