• Cheyenne Mountain District 12 is seeking Special Education Teachers for Elementary (K-6) and Secondary (7-12) openings for the 25-26 school year. 
• These positions address current student needs at specific schools. If the current schools should experience a change in student needs, the individuals filling these positions may be required to change locations to another school where needs are demonstrated. This could occur at any time during the school year.
• Candidate should have a strong background in instructional strategies and programming for elementary students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder

  Required Qualifications:   

• Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.), meets subject, grade level, and/or content area qualifications consistent with Colorado Department of Education and Cheyenne Mountain District 12 requirements
• Elementary Special Education Teacher must have READ Act designation or be in the process of obtaining
• Must possess or be eligible for a Special Education Generalist License (5-21) or Endorsement
• Criminal background check required for hire

  Salary:                         
      $51,155 - $78,902
