Indoor Track - Girls - Head Coach

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Track skills and strategies.
- Experience coaching and/or playing Track.
- Willingness to work with High School students.
- Basic knowledge of first aid.
- Ability to interact with students to encourage each individual to perform at their highest level.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Assists Head Coach and other assistants as needed/assigned.
- May perform tasks such as scouting or equipment management in addition to supervising students.
- Less time commitment and responsibility than Assistant I or Assistant II.
- Off-season expectations including strength training and conditioning, league participation of players, team meetings, travel to tournaments, practices, etc.
