Coach/Trainer
Description
Willard Middle School is looking for a dynamic and hard working person to join the girls basketball staff. This position is for an Assistant Middle School Girls Basketball Coaching Positon. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with the the Head Middle School Basketball Coach
- Implementing and seeing through the vision of the Head Varsity Coach
- Planning practices with collaboration between the whole middle school staff
- Working with assistant coaches to provide effective and efficient practices to get all players to increase their abiity level
- Supervision of events
- Communication with athletes, parents, and administration
- Off-Season (including summer) training of the student athletes
