JOB TITLE:  Online Summer School Math Teacher (Remote/Hourly)

SCHOOL:  Snake River Opportunities High School - Work from home; occasional in-person meetings at the District Office and potential face-to-face interactions with students in the local vicinity.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Teachers at Snake River Opportunities High School are both mentor teachers and content teachers.
♦ Provide Math Instruction and Individual Tutoring: Deliver engaging and effective math instruction to summer school students in a virtual setting.
♦ Student Support: Offer customized synchronous and asynchronous support to help students meet their learning goals.
♦ Communication: Regularly engage with students and families via email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings to ensure strong support and connection.
♦ Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs.
♦ Professionalism: Maintain high standards in all interactions with students, colleagues, and families.
