Executive Director of High School 25/26 SY

Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Executive Director of Secondary Schools starting July 1, 2025. Qualified candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction or higher (Doctorate Preferred); experience as a high school administrator (HS Principal preferred); and strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and educational policy.

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary of $145K depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, twenty-five days paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
