Salary: $27,029 (based on verified full-time experience and education)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong data entry and computer skills required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Bookkeeping skills preferred
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Responsible To: Principal
Job Goal: To ensure accurate financial reporting relating to all school accounts, effective maintenance of records and reports and general office duties necessary for the efficient operation of the school office.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Receipts and deposits all school monies.
- Maintains financial records for all activity accounts.
- Keeps an inventory of all supplies.
- Issues purchase orders for all budgeted and fee accounts.
- Assists with processing leave requests.
- Manages student insurance.
- Completes financial reports as necessary.
- Reconciles invoices, bank statements and reports.
- Performs general office duties such as answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distribution of mail, copying and maintenance of office machines.
- Provides back-up for the secretary and attendance clerk.
- Performs Other duties as assigned.
