Key Responsibilities:

- Lead effective instructional practices and ensure a rigorous, skill-based curriculum

- Engage with the greater community through consistent communication, building strong partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Oversee school safety initiatives and promote student well-being
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Administration or a related field
- Michigan Administrator Certificate (or eligibility for certification)
- Valid Michigan teaching certificate with at least five years of successful teaching experience
- Expertise in curriculum development, teacher evaluation, Project-Based Learning, data analysis, and student discipline

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Full benefits package
- 225-day contract (year-round)
