Head Girls Basketball Coach. Position works 20+ hours per week. The MSHSL season will start in November of 2025.
Job Summary:
The Head Coach position is responsible for all teaching and instruction provided to our Girls Basketball program including, but not limited to: practice, preparation, coordination and organization of all aspects of the High School Girls Basketball program.. Each of these functions entails decision-making that requires discretion and a significant degree of independent judgment. The coach must develop and maintain a competitive schedule that will allow the team to prepare and compete at the high school level. The position requires significant communication with players, parents and the Activities Office. The Coach will alos be responsible for working with the Athletic Department to hire staff for all levels and must comply with all MSHSL rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Seeking individuals with previous experience in coaching basketball. Good communications skills, experience in the field and a strong desire to work with student/athletes.
