Glenbrook South High School's Student Services is seeking an Executive Assistant - Student Services for the 2025-2026 school year. The start date for this position is July 1, 2025.

The executive assistant provides clerical and organizational support to the Assistant Principal of Student Services and provides ongoing assistance to faculty, staff, students, and parents.  The executive assistant coordinates office support services for the department.  This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures as well as departmental goals and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions.  The executive assistant will maintain and encourage a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment while keeping the needs of the students and staff a priority.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Associate’s degree, and/or two years of administrative assistant experience.
  2. Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred.
  3. Desire for continued professional development is essential.
