Join Our Titan Team as a National Honor Society (NHS) Assistant Sponsor at Ball-Chatham School District!
Are you passionate about academic excellence, leadership, and service? Ball-Chatham CUSD #5 is seeking a dedicated National Honor Society (NHS) Assistant Sponsor to help guide and support students in the Glenwood High School Chapter of NHS. This position works closely with the NHS Sponsor to ensure the chapter’s success, facilitate student leadership, and maintain compliance with NHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the NHS Sponsor in all aspects of chapter management and student leadership
- Maintain accurate membership records, bylaws, selection procedures, and service hour tracking
- Communicate with students regarding GPA requirements, service obligations, and deadlines
- Ensure the NHS chapter webpage remains current and informative
- Help facilitate officer elections and mentor student leaders
- Serve as a liaison between the faculty, administration, students, and community
- Attend and assist with all NHS-related meetings, events, and service projects
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and administration
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after-school meetings and events
- Passion for student achievement, leadership, and community service
Work Conditions:
- Mental Demands: Ability to collaborate, lead student discussions, and handle multiple responsibilities.
