Job Summary:
The Payroll Specialist will manage all of the district payroll activities, and assist with the human resource functions for all district employees. The specialist will work cooperatively with the Business Office staff to support the district’s operations. The specialist will maintain accurate and complete records, prepare bi-monthly payroll and all related reporting, and assist with supporting the human resources needs of the district.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Ability to keep proper records in accordance with State/Federal guidelines and Board policy.
- Demonstrated skill in working with the public
- Working knowledge of office technologies including database, word processing and spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle personnel information with confidentiality
Salary:
$70,000 minimum annually with benefits. Actual compensation based on education and experience.
