Teacher - Middle School Orchestra
Location: Sartell Middle School

Positions starts 2025-26 school year

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing education to students so that intellectual, emotional, developmental and social needs are met according to the district and state standards, that will foster life-long learning and good citizenship.

Required Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Minnesota teaching license in Instrumental (Band/Orchestra) and Classroom Music
• Team oriented approach when working with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators

Preferred Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Experience teaching or student teaching Orchestra at the middle school level
• Embraces middle school philosophy of educating the whole child (academic, social, emotional and cognitive)
• Knowledge of the Minnesota Music Standards
• Ability to use technology to enhance curriculum
