POSITION:                 Nurse 1:1 - Extended School Year (ESY) Program

Program will run Monday - Thursday from July 7, 2025 through July 31, 2025.  The hours will be 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.  Staff must be able to commit to working the full four weeks unless prior arrangements have been made with the Supervisor of Special Education.

SCHOOL:                    Elementary School

REPORTS TO:           Supervisor of Special Education

GENERAL DUTIES:    Provide nursing services on premisies to summer school student.

QUALIFICATIONS:     Registered Nurse CT License required                                              

SALARY:                   $200 per day
