Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources - 25/26 SY

Community Unit School District 308 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, beginning July 1, 2025.  This is a full-time, 12-month position.

Qualified applicants are required to have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university required. Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university preferred; superintendent license preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; deep understanding of social emotional learning supports and student discipline; and building administrative experience at the district and/or school level preferred.

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
