Early-On Interventionist

The Pontiac School District Early-On Interventionist is responsible for assisting in the eligibility determination for EarlyOn Part C of IDEA and implementing the system of supports and services for children birth to three years of age who have developmental delays and/or established conditions likely to lead to developmental delays. The Early-On Interventionist will provide effective, compliant, and timely services and support to families and children eligible for Early On and ensure a smooth transition from Early On to Michigan Mandatory Special Education (MMSE) and/or Part B of IDEA if indicated.
