Job Title: Project Manager - Restorative Practices (Grant-Funded position - 3 years)
Job Type: Certified - Position, Teacher on Special Assignment
Location: Various locations
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To perform all responsibilities as outlined in the grant with training and coaching staff in the Restorative Practices model including: data collection oversight, timelines, budgets, and federal reporting, and training and coaching in the Restorative Practices model. To collaborate with team members to create a sustainable system that will allow for the continuation of practices after grant completion.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the project, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, work plans, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient completion of project deliverables.
- Monitor project activities to identify potential risks or challenges and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including staff, partners, and funders, to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
- Oversee the collection and analysis of project data to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and disseminate regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Training and Capacity Building:
- Possess credentials to provide training in project evidence-based practices to project staff and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to build the capacity of project staff and partners.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that project activities adhere to established standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular evaluations of project activities and outcomes to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with project staff and stakeholders to implement feedback mechanisms and incorporate lessons learned into project planning and implementation.

Qualifications:
- Must meet teacher certification requirements
- Minimum of a master’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or related
- areas
- Experience with the Restorative Practices model
- At least five (5) years of teaching or coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
