Job Title:   Project Manager - Restorative Practices (Grant-Funded position - 3 years)
Job Type:  Certified - Position, Teacher on Special Assignment
Location:   Various locations

PRIMARY FUNCTION:  To perform all responsibilities as outlined in the grant with training and coaching staff in the Restorative Practices model including: data collection oversight, timelines, budgets, and federal reporting, and training and coaching in the Restorative Practices model. To collaborate with team members to create a sustainable system that will allow for the continuation of practices after grant completion.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the project, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, work plans, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient completion of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project activities to identify potential risks or challenges and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including staff, partners, and funders, to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of project data to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements and other relevant regulations.
    • Prepare and disseminate regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Training and Capacity Building:
    • Possess credentials to provide training in project evidence-based practices to project staff and stakeholders.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to build the capacity of project staff and partners.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based practices throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that project activities adhere to established standards and best practices.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of project activities and outcomes to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with project staff and stakeholders to implement feedback mechanisms and incorporate lessons learned into project planning and implementation.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must meet teacher certification requirements
  • Minimum of a master’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or related
  • areas
  • Experience with the Restorative Practices model
  • At least five (5) years of teaching or coaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
