Qualifications Include & Description of Position/Responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Perform custodial work per job description
• Work with various cleaning compounds
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Mandatory snow removal when required
• Ability to work unsupervised

Requirements:

• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Possession of Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred

  
Salary: $47,115 (minimum) to $58,685 (maximum), comensurate with experience
