Library Learning Center Aide - Part Time

Join the Currier team as a part time library aide! This position works Monday-Friday for 3.5 hours per day.

Currier Highlights
Welcome to the Home of the Coyotes!  Currier Elementary school currently serves 360 students in grades K-5.  In addition to core classes, Currier offers after school programming that spans a wide variety of experiences from Theatre, CrossFit, Chess and Band/Orchestra music ensembles.  Currier also offers Art Club, Latin Dance and Intramural Soccer and Basketball.  

Classes are designed to develop students’ sense of responsibility for their own learning, challenging them to form their own conclusions and personal connections to their learning.  An emerging effort to build student agency this year will see Currier students engaged in tracking their progress and monitoring their personal learning goals through the CLC or Classroom Learning Community.  Currier is beginning to engage our parent community through Academic Parent Teacher Teams.  These teams afford our families with the opportunity to more fully understand how growth is monitored and supported for all learners.

Students’ daily schedules vary to accommodate core content and specials classes. Throughout the week students will attend literacy, math, social studies, science, music, arts, physical education, and health classes that develop social emotional skills. The curriculum in our Dual Language classrooms provide learners with the opportunity to develop academically in both English and Spanish.
