QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
• (Bilingual/ESL) Endorsement
• Elementary Education Endorsement
• Teach basic academic subjects to identified students requiring specialized instruction, using researched based programs to improve academic levels
• Administer achievement tests and evaluates test results
• Provide assistance to classroom teachers on bilingual techniques, methods and materials
• Collaborates with school staff for the purpose of planning and developing appropriate instruction
• Facilitating and attending meetings related to the academic success of students
• Demonstrate effective communication skills
• Completing appropriate reports
• Analyze student performance, program effectiveness and make appropriate recommendations

SALARY RANGE
Beginning salary at $46,011
