Long Term Substitute 8th Grade Physics Teacher - Mellon Middle School - OCT-DEC

The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Long-Term Substitute 8th Grade Physics Teacher at Mellon Middle School.

This is a full-time, on-site, temporary vacancy. The length of the assignment is to be determined, but begins on 10/28/24, and is expected to extend approximately 8 weeks through 12/20/24, anticipated 38 work days.

Due to the length of the assignment, this position will be eligible for the degree level daily rate at step 1 of the teachers salary schedule with rates starting at $282 per day depending upon credential. 
This position will not be eligible for paid time off or district subsidized health benefits. 

Required: Active Instructional Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education inclusive of Grade 8 and Science
