Title: Special Education Inclusion Teacher

• Provide instruction via a team teaching approach

• Coordinate, assist and execute school-wide events
• Exhibit structured classroom management
• Willingly seeks to become an integral part of the school's professional learning community
• Use a variety of instructional methodologies and curriculum resources
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate all students
• Exhibit warmth, kindness and compassion
• Use varied assessments to drive instruction
• Reflective and open to feedback

Qualifications:

• NJ Elementary Teacher certification and Students with Disabilities endorsement or Teacher of the Handicapped certification
• Previous experience working with diverse populations of elementary students with disabilities a plus
• A commitment to high expectations for all students needed.
• Knowledge of multisensory reading programs a plus
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus

Working Conditions: Elementary Level

Salary: Per the HEA/HBOE Agreement
