Elementary MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Interventionist

Paradise Elementary School, a K-6 building, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Interventionist to join our team. This is a contracted position effective immediately. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing targeted interventions and support to our learners, working closely with learning facilitators (teachers), administrators, and support staff to ensure every learner reaches their full potential.
Qualifications:

• Elementary Teaching Certification (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (required)
• Experience with MTSS or similar intervention models preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Implement MTSS interventions for students requiring additional academic support
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop strategies for supporting students in various tiers of intervention
• Analyze student data to adjust interventions and monitor progress
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with specialists and families to promote student success
• Support the implementation of evidence-based practices
