Behaviorist

Description:  Behaviorist - Board Certified Behavior Analyst  - needed to support the Office of Special Services.

Job Summary:
 

• Develop behavior intervention plans;
• Work wih staff, parents and students providing consultation and direct services;
• Monitor ABA programs, and Rethink;
• Train staff in data collection and discrete trials, as well as possibly conducting FBAs;
• Primary responsibilities will be in preschool and elementary classrooms, but the ability to work with all grade levels is preferred.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree;
• New Jersey Teaching Certification (Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement or Behavior Specialist Certification);
• BCBA preferred;
• Previous experience consulting for ABA programs in Educational settings.

Working Conditions:  District Wide

Salary:  Per HEA/HBOE Agreement
