Job description

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: 

Master's Degree in Human Services Field preferred. 

Minimum five years experience with developmentally disabled population Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services. 

Knowledge of Behavioral principles and technology Knowledge of OPWDD 
 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

Developmental Disabilities: 5 years (Preferred) 

Knowledge of education/treatment planning: 1 year (Preferred) 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED): 

Reviews pre-placement ISP's, psychological, educational, residential, social, and medical assessments and makes recommendations to the Coordinator of Adult Services. 

Ongoing review of ISP's to ensure appropriateness of placement, goals and objectives, educational methods, and related services. 

Reviews Residential planning and programs to ensure compliance. 

Investigates incidents. 

Develops manuals for Residential Programs. 

Participates in house searches 

Supervises all Programs 

Insures proper oversight of training for staff 

Other duties as assigned
