Physical Education (PE)/Health Teacher

This position is for School Year 2024-2025

Job summary: Instructs students in the appropriate district curriculum, creates a positive and effective learning environment for all students, and provides strong academic, social, physical and emotional growth for all students.

Retirement: State of Alaska TRS
Bargaining Unit: Fairbanks Education Association (FEA)
Salary: Determined by the FEA Negotiated Agreement 
Contract Length: Minimum of 184 days

Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position):

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Must possess or be eligible for a valid Alaska Initial, Professional, or Master certificate with an endorsement in Physical Education and Health
3. Meet all state and federal requirements in order to be qualified in required content area
