Duty Days Per Year: 261
Hours Per Day: 8, (3:30pm-12am; Monday-Friday)
Type of Position: Continuing.
Salary: (B21) per Custodian Work Agreement with range of $19.82 - $21.66 per hour
Supervisor of Position: Chuck Imker, Maintenance Program Supervisor
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Special Class 'C' Boiler's License is required or must obtain within six months. Requires the ability to stand/walk for extended period of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff.
Summary of Duties: Knowledge and experience in modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs, and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc). Some positions may require knowledge and experience in laundry care.
