Description
Serve as case manager for students on Advanced Learning Plans Design and provide specialized instruction, intervention support and enrichment activities including small group/individual instruction, push in support, co-teaching and consultation
Coach and co-teach with classroom teachers to provide embedded differentiated instruction for students
Fulfill legal requirements for documentation of those services including identification and implementation of Advanced Learning Plans ( ALPs)
Consult with classroom teachers and staff through the RtI process and collaborative planning time
Communicate with parents through conferences, periodic emails, and phone calls
