Description
Glenbrook South High School is seeking a Long-Term Special Education/Case Manager Substitute Learning Behavioral Specialist to cover a leave of absence. The anticipated dates of the leave are September 10, 2024 through November 7, 2024.
This position delivers instruction and provides case management for students who qualify for Special Education to assist them in their academic, functional, and social development. Ideal candidates have experience with implementation of researched and evidenced based strategies and understand the needs of a diverse student population.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess or be able to attain appropriate Illinois credentials for position.
- Must have excellent human relations skills and demonstrated professionalism.
- Experience with the following are sought: Low Incidence Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Functional Academic and Life Skills Instruction.
COMPENSATION
- The daily rate for internal/external candidates is $371.36.
- For D225 retirees, the daily rate is $495.13.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
