Middle School Math endorsement required
Responsibilities:
- Embraces a philosophy of continuous improvement through teamwork, collaboration, and shared leadership.
- Support the school’s overall priority to ensure that all students are meeting their potential for academic, career and personal/social development.
- Develop programs to support student achievement and positive behavior supports, which may include coordinating assessment processes at the school level.
- Utilizing a proactive and responsive framework, include students, staff and parents in activities and programs that support student growth.
- Implement academic interventions and/or classes, in small and large groups.
- Collaborate and support teachers/staff within the building/district.
- Push into classrooms to support students, when warranted provide support in a separate setting.
- Establish and maintain effective, professional relationships and work in harmony with other school and district staff, supervisors, parents, students, and the general public.
- Provide coaching and consultation to school staff in such areas as resources, program planning, classroom management, developmental processes, MTSS and individualized/differentiated instruction.
- Work as a teacher leader within the collaborative framework.
- Serve as an active member of the MTSS process and lead others through the process.
- Enter and maintain progress-monitoring data; use this data, along with notes, to complete progress monitoring reports.
- May be assigned to multiple buildings in Antioch CCSD 34.
- ?Perform other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
