INTERNAL POSTING NOTICE
The following position is available:
High School
Food Service – Head Cook
(7 hours per day - 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Deadline Date: May 22, 2024
Rate of Pay: According to Contract
Beginning Date: 2024 – 2025 School Year
Job Description:
- Must be Serve Safe certified
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Report directly to the High School
- Open kitchen for daily use
- Prepare food for EAJ lunches and food for delivery to other school buildings
- Upon completion of lunch, all leftovers are returned to kitchen and production record is documented
- Available to receive deliveries from Gordon Food Service on Tuesday and Thursday
- Store all foods in appropriate areas
- Place bakery order for EAJ with Aunt Millies
- Prepare food for district meetings and banquets as requested
- Quality and presentation of food must have your strict attention
- Any other tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and/or Food Service Coordinator
