Floater Registered Nurse

Full-Time Floater Registered Nurse for 2024-25 School Year 

JOB GOAL:  To provide direct professional nursing services, first aid, illness and emergency care to students and staff in response to nursing assessment and in accordance with professional standards, school policy, and procedures, and state and local mandates.  This position will provide nursing services to all school buildings district-wide.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Illinois
2. Current CPR/AED program completion
3. Baccalaureate Degree preferred, but not required
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Computer literacy and competency in use of current technology
6. Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:  Health Services Supervisor and Building Principal.
