Special Education Teacher

POSITION:               Special Education Resource Teachers
QUALIFICATIONS:            Must hold a Professional Educator License with a Special Education LBS1 Endorsement valid in Illinois
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide specialized instruction to special needs students
• Develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) that align with Common Core State Standards
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate instruction for special education students
• Utilize Differentiated Instruction
• Continual review of student data
• Collaborate with general education teachers and administration
• Compile, maintain, and file all required reports
• Maintain appropriate contact with parents to enrich student performance

SALARY RANGE:   In accordance with experience and the PNA contract
                                    Range ($48,468 - $59,919)
