Overnight Chaperones (Science Camp and Odyssey of the Mind Volunteers)

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Brentwood Union School District!

Those seeking to be a Overnight Fieldtrip Volunteer/ Chaperone (Includes Science Camp) will need to complete and submit the following:

1. Complete this Volunteer Application  (attach identification, TB test or TB Risk Assessment form and mandated reporter training)

2. Complete Fingerprint Clearance and Return a Signed Request for Live Scan Service Form (no cost options to volunteers when using: Fingerprinting Options - Please call or email for appointment - Diablo Livescan 925-754-3100 or diablolivescan@yahoo.com)              

3. Mandated Reporter Training (2 hours)- CDSS Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training; submit certificate of completion with packet

4. All above completed documents can be attached to your application in Frontline.

After all documents have been reviewed and the fingerprints are cleared; the Overnight and Driving volunteers will receive a Badge with name printed on it, available for pick-up at the school site.
