Salary Range: $68,000 - 85,000, depending on experience
Type: 12-Month Employee, 225 Contractual Days. 
Leave: 3 Personal, 19 Vacation, 12 Sick, 16 Holidays
Retirement: IMRF or TRS, depending on qualifications.

Organization Overview
Founded in 1995, the Learning Technology Center (LTC) is a program of the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), and we are Illinois’ technology system of support for K-12 school districts and educators. We support all K12 districts, schools, and educators in Illinois through technology initiatives, services, and professional learning opportunities. Our work addresses high-need technology and digital learning challenges, and we help schools increase access to and use of technology to improve educational opportunities for students. About the Position
Join our team as the Regional Educational Technology Coordinator (RETC) in Southern Illinois and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital learning. As an RETC, you'll be at the forefront of developing and leading educational technology experiences, programs, and resources that enhance student learning and district efficiencies. You'll have the unique opportunity to present on cutting-edge educational technology topics, collaborate with experts, and provide critical leadership to districts navigating the integration of digital learning and technology infrastructure.

Work Location: The RETC must live within the LTC Southern region, with a slight preference given to candidates who are centrally located. The RETC will be assigned an office within the nearest Regional Office of Education. 


Travel: Applicants must be willing to travel 20-40% of the time to meet with school leaders and staff. The majority of travel is local and can completed without overnight stays.
