SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF CLASSIFICATION:
Under direction of the Business Administrator, ensures the prompt and accurate processing of all
payroll and benefits related matters.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Thorough knowledge of Milford School District policies, as well as state and federal IRS regulations and labor laws.
- Proficient with computer technology in the office setting including various word processing, spreadsheet and database software programs.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Experience in processing payroll using automated systems.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent human relations skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in processing payroll and related reporting in an automated environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

SCHEDULE:
- This is a 12 month, 40 hour per week, Monday - Friday position.
COMPENSATION:
- $22.00 to $30.10 per hour.
START DATE:
- This position will start May 13, 2024.
