Description
Job Summary:
- Greets and interacts with students, parents and staff visiting school office
- Answers calls and effectively resolves issues/questions or directs to appropriate school personnel as necessary
- Types lists, reports, letters, programs, school newspaper, tests, etc.
- Assists with registration, testing and school activities
- Operates office machines
- Sorts and distributes mail as required
- Complete basic medical procedures including diabetes care, epipen injections, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Outstanding communications and customer service skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, parents, co-workers and the public
- Good typing, spelling and language skills
- Excellent organizational, computation and spelling skills
- Working knowledge of basic office procedure and the operation of common office machines
Working Conditions:
A-1, $15.00/Hour, 10 month position; Start date: As Soon As Possible
