Position Description  
This custodian is part of the education team and provides a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place where students learn.  DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT AS NEEDED
 
Requisite Qualifications
 
  1. High school diploma or equivalant
  2. Demonstrated aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.
  3. Ability to lift 50 (fifty) pounds without difficulty.
  4. Ability to work in elevated and/or confined spaces including working on ladders and lifts.
  5. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to operate machinery.
  7. Ability to stand for long periods.
  8. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  9. Basic technology skills.
  10. History of acceptable attendance record and proficient performance.
  11. Able to perform essential job functions on site.
