Substitute Teacher (K-6)
Principle Academy Charter at 6718 E Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township is a K-6 Public Charter School conveniently located off of the Garden State Parkway exit 37. We have several openings for regularly scheduled per diem substitute teachers. At Principle Academy Charter, we provide genuine career opportunities for our substitute teachers with a true “promote from within” approach. We are seeking qualified individuals who share our focus on student sucess and would like to join our school community.
This position pays $150.00 per day with a set weekly schedule of between two and four workdays per week (7:30am - 4:15pm).
The substitute teacher is responsible for implementing Principle Academy Charter’s curriculum and utilizing classroom routines and procedures with consistency. The ideal candidate will have classroom teaching experience, preferably within an urban school setting.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current valid New Jersey Substitute Teacher certification
- Must be reliable and dependable, with good communication skills
