We have multiple positions we are looking to immediately fill. Please use the link below to review our openings and apply for the opened positions. We are excited to announce our new schools in the Phoenix Arizona market. We have immediate openings for the following positions.

Lead Teacher: Provide instruction for students by developing, selecting, and/or modifying instructional plans and materials and presenting them using instructional techniques which meet the needs of all students. Ensure an atmosphere and environment that is conducive to intellectual, physical, social and emotional development. Supervise students in a variety of school-related settings and activities. Monitor and evaluate student performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Establishes goals and objectives related to school growth and improvement plan. Establishes learning objectives consistent with appraisal of student needs and curriculum framework. Select and use instructional strategies including but not limited to lecture, group discussion, demonstration, modeling and multimedia teaching aids to present subject matter. Maintain order and discipline in the classroom conducive to learning and take necessary safety precautions to protect students, equipment and materials. Create a classroom environment that provides for student involvement in the learning process. Counsel students when academic and adjustment circumstances arise. Confer with parents and students regarding academic progress/issues; arrange and participate in teacher-parent or teacher-student conferences as needed. Monitor use and care of equipment, textbooks and materials. Attend staff/faculty meetings and provide input regarding the planning of instructional goals, objectives and methods. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Provide instruction that reflects multiple perspectives and multicultural education. Work and communicate effectively with diverse populations that include colleagues, students, and parents. Possess organizational and human relation skills. Attend meetings, programs and activities outside the instructional day as needed. Development of outreach strategies to encourage parental involvement in student learning. Experience with at-risk students is a plus. Tutor Spanish speaking students in various course topics Communicate with Spanish speaking parents about student progress. Keep track of student progress via weekly reports and quarterly report cards Support in communicating over the phone and by email with student’s respective assigned counselors, facilitate in enrollment procedures for specific vocational coursework, ensure parents are in communication with assigned vocational counselor.

Academic Tutor: Academic tutors are responsible for helping middle and high school students to understand different subjects. They assess, assist and encourage the students in the learning processes. Additionally, they review materials used in classes, explain various topics, and answer all doubts and questions students have regarding the topics.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review daily goals with the lead teacher. Ensure that laptops are ready to be distributed to students. Assists in setting up the classroom. Greet each student and help ensure that policies and procedures are enforced. Complete student academic status checks weekly. Help to maintain the classroom’s composure. Work with students directly and walk around the classroom. Point out any behavioral problems that arise throughout day. Assist in dismissing the students. Ensure the classroom is organized and prepared for following day. Support students in completing school and academic assessments.

Academic Advisor: A student academic advisor is responsible for providing educational and programmatic guidance and assistance to parents and their children. These advisors will aid students by enrolling them in courses, determining appropriate education solutions for students that are at-risk and ensuring that students files are properly maintained and up to date. Advisors will help to ensure that all student services are offered and provided on an annual basis.

Dean: As an administrator, a dean of students might help coordinate admissions, health services, financial aid, scholarships, and MLMP programs for current and potential students. The office of a dean of students is generally responsible for serving as a point of information for school staff and responding to the direct needs of both the students and the staff.
