Now hiring Executive Function coaches in North Shore Chicago Description: Thinking Outside the Classroom is an Executive Function coaching organization, helping clients become more effective students. We offer home-based coaching to students grades K-12 in over 40 towns in Massachusetts and, beginning in June, on the North Shore of Chicago. In addition, we coach college students and adults, often by phone or Skype. Coaches select clients in their geographic area and meet with them for 60-90 minutes per week. They maintain notes and a coaching plan and follow up with both the parents and the student between sessions as well as with their supervisors. We hire terrifically talented and dedicated professionals, and they find that working with our company is a very rewarding experience. Special education, speech and language, and/or school leadership experience preferred. Job Summary:
-5+ hours per week.
-Particularly interested in coaches who can travel to and within the vicinity of the following towns and cities –
Evanston, Glencoe, Glenview, Kennilworth, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, Northbrook, Northfield, Highland Park, Vernon Hills, Deerfield, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Chicago
-Before starting, coaches must attend 8 hours of training through the company and pass our qualifying tests.
-Coaches participate in bi-weekly supervision calls – about 30 minutes, over the phone.
-Start date is June 2012. However, we will accept applicants who cannot start until the summer or fall.
-Salary: $50 to $65 Per Hour
